The competition will run from the 5th February until the 15th March, giving you almost 6 weeks to get your entries in! We have included some information below which should answer any questions you may have.
What qualifies as a good entry for the photo competition?
Any high resolution image showing an offshore vessel, platform or any other view in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, but you must have taken the photo you are submitting.
How do I submit my image?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your submission attached. Alternatively you can upload it onto Twitter,Instagram and the IV Global Facebook page using the hashtag #ivseason8. Please note, if you are submitting on social media, please ensure that you email us a high-res version of your image to email@example.com for the chance to win.
How many images can I submit?
As many photos as you want, although entering more photos will not make you more likely to win!
How will I know if I’m a finalist?
On the week commencing 23rd March 2015, we will be announcing the finalists on the IV Global Facebook page.
What are the prizes for Season 8?
The winner of the competition will receive a Liquid Image Ego HD video camera and the top 3 entries will win IV Global Goodie Bags, which will include mystery IV Global prizes…
The original image is too large – is there any other way I can enter?
You can upload a lower quality version onto Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #ivseason8 or share it with us on the IV Global Facebook page. It will still count as an entry; however don’t forget to send a high resolution version to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to qualify for 1st place.
